These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Card Prophet (“the App”), provided by ShopyZwei GmbH (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Card Prophet is a card game you can play for free, either as a guest or with an optional account. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may offer optional paid items (see Purchases).
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing in your country (in Germany, generally 16). If you are younger, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and its data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account); deletion is permanent.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including voluntary “tips” that support development and unlock no features or content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; Apple is the merchant of record, and Apple’s terms and payment/refund policies apply. Because tips are consumed on purchase and provide no product, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or granted by Apple. We never receive your payment card details.
The App, including its code, design, artwork, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Online features depend on your device, network, and third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, announced in the App.
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — in particular, under German law our liability is not excluded or limited for injury to life, body, or health, for intent or gross negligence, or under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (a “cardinal duty”), and only up to the foreseeable, typical damage.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is our registered seat.
